This May 2019 Chilean Frantoio-Leccino displays prominent notes of cut grass, fresh cut herbs and malty notes, with nice astringency and lingering bitterness on the back end.

It will add a delightful grassy note to salads, and a pleasantly robust mouth feel to your cooked dishes! Great for cooking, and not too strong compared to other Robust EVOOs.
