Smoked Chaabani Fused Olive Oil

The ultimate oil for grilling season, this smoky, spicy olive oil is made by crushing 2,200 lbs. of olives with 88 lbs. of dried, smoked chaabani peppers!

Truly amazing when used as a marinade for tofu, meat, seafood, and vegetables. Mix into a homemade BBQ sauce for a little added heat and a nice smoky flavor. Make oven-baked chicken wings or rubbed onto a rack of ribs before smoking!

Pairs well with Pineapple White Balsamic & Espresso Balsamic.

Our Smoked Chaabani Fused Olive Oil is made with Chaabani peppers that are dried and smoked in kilns using olive wood. Very smoky and spicy, this oil is made by grinding the peppers together with the olives at the time of the crush.

This oil is crafted in a small batch of 1,000 kg of olives & 40 kg of peppers. The end result is incredible on grilled seafood, drizzled over hummus, and as an  marinade for meats!
