Cut the tomatoes & cucumbers in half, use a spoon to scrape out the seeds. Cut into small pieces, approximately quarter inch.
Prepare the vinaigrette! Mix the Olíva! Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil and the Olíva! Oregano White Balsamic until emulsified.
Spread the hummus evenly on the bottom of a shallow bowl. Sprinkle the tomatoes, cucumber and feta over the top. Finish with the vinaigrette and add salt and pepper.
Serve immediately! Enjoy!
