Oliva! Olive Oils Greek Hummus Dip

Quick & easy to throw together, this hummus dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser! This recipe is similar to a layer dip but with hummus, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and feta. You can add red onion & kalamata olives if you want that extra zing of flavor!
 1 10 oz container original hummus
 1 bag of Stacy's pita chips for dipping
 ½ cup tomatoes of your choice, cut into bite sized pieces
 ½ cup seeded cucumber, cut into bite sized pieces
 ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
Vinaigrette
 2 tbsp Olíva! Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
 1 tbsp Olíva! Oregano White Balsamic

Cut the tomatoes & cucumbers in half, use a spoon to scrape out the seeds. Cut into small pieces, approximately quarter inch.

Prepare the vinaigrette! Mix the Olíva! Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil and the Olíva! Oregano White Balsamic until emulsified.

Spread the hummus evenly on the bottom of a shallow bowl. Sprinkle the tomatoes, cucumber and feta over the top. Finish with the vinaigrette and add salt and pepper.

Serve immediately! Enjoy!
