Smoky & Spicy Grilled Flank Steak

This smoky, spicy, flavorful flank steak is sure to make your mouth water. Our Smoked Chaabani Olive Oil has a beautiful red color and a fiery kick! When mixed with our Espresso Dark Balsamic, it creates an irresistible depth of flavor!
 1 ½ lbs flank steak, trimmed
 2 tbsp Oliva! Smoked Chaabani Fused Olive Oil
 2 tbsp Oliva! Espresso Dark Balsamic
 2 tbsp Smoky Paprika Chipotle Seasoning
 salt & pepper to taste

Preheat grill or grill pan to high heat.

Whisk together the Oliva! Smoked Chaabani Fused Olive Oil & the Oliva! Espresso Dark Balsamic.

Pour mixture over flank steak and rub on all sides.

Sprinkle Smoky Paprika Chipotle Seasoning over the top, and rub in.

Grill the steak for 4 minutes on each side, or until desired temperature is reached.

Let rest 10 minutes. Slice steak diagonally across the grain. Enjoy!
