Place your eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Once your pot is boiling, cover it and turn the heat OFF. Let your eggs sit untouched for 12 minutes. Remove eggs from the pot and place into an ice bath to prevent further cooking. Let cool & peel.
*Instant Pot: Add 1 cup of water, put your metal trivet into the bottom of your Instant Pot (they also make a silicone insert specifically designed for making hard boiled eggs). Gently place your eggs into the pot. Select manual setting, pressure cook for 7 minutes on high. Once your timer goes off, release pressure and transfer eggs into an ice bath.
Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
Gently remove yolks from the whites and place into a large bowl. Set aside whites for later.
Add the mayo, Olíva! White Truffle Oil, cayenne, salt and pepper into the yolks.
Whip until smooth, or desired consistency is achieved.
Spoon your mixture into a plastic bag. On one side only, make a small cut in the bottom tip of the bag.
Pipe the mixture into the whites and serve!
