Become an Olive Oil Connoisseur! Each quarter, you will receive 2 freshly harvested Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils from around the world. Your first shipment will include (2) Tapi Pour Spouts and (2) Self-Closing Pour Spouts, which can be reused for your future EVOOs!

In February & May, we will ship 2 of our finest, select EVOOs from the Northern Hemisphere (Italy, Spain, Greece, Portugual, or California). In August & November, you will receive 2 select EVOOS from the Southern Hemisphere (Austrailia, Chile, or South Africa). These will be different each quarter, according to what is available from the most recent harvest… fresh is best!

A lot of our customers first discovered Olíva! upon their search for a ‘good’ EVOO… and that’s one of the things we pride ourselves on! We carry Ultra Premium (UP) Certified EVOO, which is a new category of olive oil that distinguishes the highest quality olive oil in the world. First created in response to the growing need to separate high quality EVOOs from what dominates the so called “gourmet” and “premium” olive oil markets.

The very common overemphasis on “WHERE” EVOO is produced continues to sway perceptions at the expense of the far more significant “WHEN, WHAT & HOW” the oil is made. Since the highest quality EVOO comes from high quality fruit coupled with high quality production processes, the UP standard encompasses strict requirements for both the end-product and the production process.

The UP standard is reserved for the finest extra virgin olive oils in the world, and exceeds all existing European, Italian, Spanish, Greek, North American, Californian, or any other standard for the grade known as ‘Extra Virgin Olive Oil’. In order to qualify for the UP grade, the EVOO must meet or exceed a comprehensive set of production, storage, transportation, testing, chemistry, and organoleptic requirements!
