 3 tbsp OlĂ­va! Chipotle Olive Oil
 2 large eggs

Olive oil fried eggs is one of the most delicious ways to cook an egg. Serve our Chipotle Olive Oil Fried Eggs in a Southwestern Breakfast Burrito, as Huevos Rancheros, over biscuits & gravy, shakshouka or simply alongside wholegrain toast and fresh avocado. In this recipe, we use Chipotle Olive Oil but you could use any oil you'd like!

Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes or until the pan is nice and hot.

Add the Chipotle Olive Oil and heat until the oil is almost smoking and nice and hot, about 2 minutes.

Crack your eggs into the pan, season with salt and pepper, and let them sit for 40 seconds.

Gently tilt the pan to one side and spoon the hot oil over the top of the eggs until the whites are cooked and slightly opaque.

Remove eggs from pan and serve immediately!
