Combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, salt & pepper in a large dish.
Drizzle with the Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil & Oregano White Balsamic and allow this to sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Spread the hummus evenly into the bottom of a shallow bowl. Give the tomato, cucumber, onion mixture a good mix and spoon over the top of the hummus. Top with crumbled feta.
Serve immediately & enjoy!
