White Truffle Oil

Made in Italy, in an artisan ‘tea method’ fashion without the use of extracts. This olive oil is smooth, while having an unmistakable intense white truffle flavor.

A superb finishing oil for many Mediterranean, potato, rice and pasta dishes. Exquisite drizzled over a hearty mushroom soup or lobster bisque.

Add a touch into a cream based sauce. It also makes an amazing addition to an aioli. A little goes a long way, so use sparingly!
