Black Truffle Oil

A late fall, early winter truffle is used to make this savory oil. Beautifully crafted using the “tea method”, which steeps the ripe truffles for extended periods of time in Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This closely guarded, proprietary process yields our heady, complex Black Truffle Oil.

Fantastic in cream based soups, pasta, risotto and popcorn. Outstanding on all types of potatoes such as mashed potatoes, roasted fingerlings and parmesan french fries! It’s flavor it a bit more nutty, earthy and overall yields a softer truffle flavor than it’s sister, the White Truffle Oil.

This oil stands alone! But if you were to pair it with a vinegar: Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic.
