Our fresh and fragrant Green Limonato Fused Olive Oil is made by crushing early harvest Chilean olives with prime Chilean green lemon fruit, fusing the flavors together at the time of the crush.

This spectacular olive oil is concentrated, lemony and fresh. A stronger variation of our beloved Lemon Fused Olive Oil.

Ideal for salad dressings, drizzling, marinating. Think lemon chicken, lemon olive oil seared seafood, lemon olive oil cakes, lemon yogurt, summer tomatoes with lemon vinaigrette, lemon chicken/tuna salad, this oil is verse-a-tile!!!

We’ve paired this brand new culinary gem with our Wild Blueberry Dark Balsamic. Umm, hello? Lemon and blueberry is an ageless combination. Together they create a familiar fruity combo that fresh but bold for any gourmet meal.

• Make a fruity Lemon Blueberry Vinaigrette: Green Limonato Olive Oil, Blueberry Balsamic, grated garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh basil, salt, pepper.
• Blend this combo with desired herbs and spices and use as a marinade for chicken or pork.
