
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
Slice the baguette on the bias and brush each side evenly with Herbes de Provence Olive Oil.
Bake for roughly 10 minutes, flipping halfway through until slices are brown and toasty.
Remove the oven and immediately rub with a raw garlic clove, then sprinkle with sea salt!
Place the wheel of brie into a brie baker or a small, oven safe baking dish.
Top the brie with the Balsamic Fig Mostarda. Evenly drizzle the Herbes de Provence Olive Oil and Black Mission Fig Dark Balsamic over the top. Top with a pinch of sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese begins to gently ooze but does not fully melt.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately alongside the Herbes de Provence Olive Oil Crostinis. Enjoy this great appetizer!
