Blood Orange & Honey Ginger Salmon

 4 6 oz. salmon fillets
 1 blood orange, sliced
 salt & pepper to taste
 sesame seeds for garnish

Preheat oven to 375F°.

Thoroughly shake or whisk together the Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil with 2 tbsp. of the Honey Ginger White Balsamic, along with salt & pepper. Pour over salmon fillets and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Line a sheet pan or an oven safe glass dish with parchment paper. Place the salmon in the center (skin side down) and pour the remaining marinade over the top. Place the blood oranges around the fillets evenly.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. Top with the remaining tablespoon of Honey Ginger White Balsamic. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish. Serve with rice and your choice of vegetable.
