
4 oz baking chocolate 60%+, shaved
1.75 cups white granulated sugar
½ tsp kosher salt
½ cup cocoa powder
3 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
⅔ cup all purpose flour
zest of ½ an orange
flaky salt to finish

Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper for easy removal.

In a double broiler, melt the chocolate shavings into the Orange Olive Oil. Once melted, transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Whisk in the sugar, salt and cocoa powder. Then whisk in one egg at a time until fully combined.

Add the vanilla and the Dark Chocolate Balsamic.

Fold in the flour. Lastly, fold in the orange zest.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out batter free. While still hot, sprinkle with a pinch of flaky sea salt.

Allow the brownies to cool and remove from the pan to slice and serve.
