Umeboshi Plum White Balsamic
The Umeboshi ‘Ume’ Plum White Balsamic is sweet & sour, beautifully floral with a hint of apricot.
‘Ume’ Plum Vinegar is known as the liquid brine that’s left over from pickling Japanese Ume plums. It’s commonly used in Asian cuisine for marinades, dressings, dips and beverages.
We married the flavors of this delightful vinegar with our Premium White Balsamic of Modena, Italy. The result is stunning and unique.
Mix with our Basil Olive Oil and fresh herbs for a tasty salad dressing. Serve over a blend of leafy greens, purple cabbage, spring peas, carrot, cucumber, tomato, sprouts, and red onion.
Use this as a finishing vinegar for tomato salads, cranberry sauce and roasted pears. Add a splash into a hot toddy or hot tea.
Pairs well with Basil Olive Oil & Persian Lime Olive Oil.
