
10 jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
10 strips of bacon
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup cheddar, shredded (or Mexican blend)
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F.

To make the filling, combine the Olíva! Garlic Olive Oil, cream cheese, shredded cheese and salt & pepper in a medium sized bowl.

Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese filling just to the top of the jalapeño "boat". Do not overfill.

Wrap each jalapeño with bacon. (It took about ½ a bacon slice to wrap 1 popper) Place a toothpick through the pepper to help keep the bacon from unraveling.

Place poppers onto a baking sheet and bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until bacon is nice and crispy.

Finish with a drizzle of Olíva! Denissimo Balsamic for a sweet tangy twist and serve immediately!
