Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
Rub the chicken with ½ tsp of the Olíva! Toasted Sesame Oil (reserving the rest for the rice), and the Olíva! Garlic Olive Oil.
Season your chicken lightly with salt and pepper, and then rub the Sesame Teriyaki Seasoning into the chicken on all sides.
Place onto a baking sheet or glass baking dish and bake for 20 - 25 minutes depending on the thickness of your chicken.
While the chicken cooks, lets make the rice.
Add the rice into a wok (if you don't have a wok, a large nonstick sauté pan will work).
Let the rice sauté for 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce and continue to cook.
Once the rice is almost done, add the remaining Toasted Sesame Oil.
Remove chicken from the oven, slice, and serve over the top of your fried rice.
