Whisk together 1/8 Cup of Oliva! Extra Virgin Olive Oil with 1/2 – 3/4 cup of the Oliva! Blackberry Ginger Balsamic.

Marinade Pork Tenderloin in the mixture for at least an hour (the longer the better).
Brush the remaining Olive Oil on the grate of the grill.

Grill at a medium high heat, turning as needed. Cook for about 20 minutes or until temperature of pork is 160 degrees, for medium rare.

Remove from grill, drizzle on remaining Balsamic and let sit for about 10 minutes.
