Herbes de Provence Baked Fish

 4 cod fish fillets, or any fish, skin on or off, your preference
 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
 salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Pat the fillet dry and drizzle with Herbes de Provence Olive Oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides. Place onto a baking sheet (skin side down, if you left the skin on).

Bake for 5-8 minutes and remove from the oven. Drizzle with the Cranberry Pear White Balsamic and return to the oven for an additional 5-8 minutes depending on thickness of the fish. The end result should be flaky and opaque in the center.

Serve with lemon wedges and an additional drizzle of Herbes de Provence Olive Oil.
