
Quick & easy to throw together, this hummus dip is sure to be a crowd pleaser! This recipe is similar to a layer dip but with hummus, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and feta. You can add chopped kalamata olives if you want that extra level of flavor.
1 cup hummus
1 bag of Stacy's pita chips for dipping
4 roma tomatoes, seeds removed, diced
1 english cucumber, seeds removed, diced
½ red onion, diced
½ cup feta, crumbled
salt & pepper

Combine the diced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, salt & pepper in a large dish.

Drizzle with the Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil & Oregano White Balsamic and allow this to sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Spread the hummus evenly into the bottom of a shallow bowl. Give the tomato, cucumber, onion mixture a good mix and spoon over the top of the hummus. Top with crumbled feta.
