1

Start off by preheating your grill to about 375°F.

Add the ground beef into a large mixing bowl.

2

Add the Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic, garlic powder, and salt & pepper to taste.

3

Mix together until burger mixture is fully combined.

4

Form 4 equal sized burger patties. Set aside for 20 minutes.

5

While your burgers are coming closer to room temperature, prepare your toppings!

You can really choose whatever you'd like. We chose arugula for a bit of peppery goodness, fresh beefsteak tomato (seasoned with salt), and sautéed onions.

6

When you're ready to grill the burgers, brush both sides of each patty with a touch of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil. Not too much!

7

Add a final pinch of salt and pepper to each side, too.

8

Grill your burgers for about 4 minutes per side, don't forget to add the cheese 1 minute before taking them off the grill!

9

Serve with your desired toppings and condiments!

Tip: you can mix a touch of Tuscan Herb Olive Oil into mayo to create a delicious Herb Mayo!
