In a bowl, marinate your shrimp with the Olíva! Madagascar Black Pepper Olive Oil & Mango White Balsamic.
Add salt & pepper to your liking.
Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
While your shrimp marinate, preheat your grill to medium heat.
Thread your shrimp onto your skewers so they are evenly spread out.
Cook your shrimp on the grill for about 2 - 3 minutes per side, or until they are pink & opaque. They don't take long at all!
Serve alone as a main protein!
Or serve in a taco with fresh diced pineapple and a beautiful salsa verde!
