Preheat the oven to 350°F. While the oven preheats, make the Orange Honey Ginger Garlic Glaze!
In a small saucepan, heat 1 tbsp of Garlic Olive Oil. Sauté the chopped garlic and ginger for 3-5 minutes, until browned nicely. Sprinkle with a pinch of crushed red pepper for a bit of heat. This is optional.
Add the freshly squeezed orange juice and the Honey Ginger White Balsamic. Simmer over a low heat until the juice has slightly thickened and reduced by roughly half.
Add 1 tsp of Raw Local Honey and continue to simmer over low heat for 1-3 minutes until the glaze becomes slightly sticky.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Arrange the salmon fillets in a baking dish and drizzle with 1 tbsp of Garlic Olive Oil.
Season with salt and pepper. Spoon the Orange Glaze over top of the fillets being sure to evenly coat each one and finish with the orange zest.
Bake for 14-18 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets, basting the salmon with the glaze at the halfway point.
Serve the salmon over rice with freshly sliced cucumbers, avocado, and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
