
Salad Ingredients
¾ cup radishes, thinly sliced
1 ½ cups sugar snap peas, sliced diagonally
1 cup feta, crumbled
46 mint leaves, torn
Vinaigrette Ingredients
1 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ clove garlic, grated
salt & pepper

Place all the chopped salad ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine the vinaigrette ingredients and whisk until emulsified.

Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss until everything is coated evenly.
