This recipe for Tuscan Chicken is always a favorite! It's quick and easy for any weeknight meal or for a weekend date night! Tuscan Herb Olive Oil roasted chicken with a decadent Balsamic Glaze drizzled over top. You can't go wrong with this recipe!
 6 medium chicken breasts
 1 white onion, diced
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 2 tbsp Bee Hollow Farm Local Honey
 ¼ cup chicken stock
 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
 salt & pepper
Balsamic Reduction

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine the Olíva! Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, onion, garlic, chicken stock, honey, and rosemary.
Whisk until fully emulsified.

Season chicken liberally with coarse salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
Place the chicken into the marinade and coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Place chicken onto baking sheet and bake for approximately 22 minutes.
Remove from over and let chicken sit for 5 minutes.
Slice and serve with your favorite potato dish and vegetable.
Finish with a drizzle of the balsamic reduction.

Balsamic Glaze

Add the Olíva! Traditional Balsamic to a small, nonstick pot.
Bring balsamic to a soft boil.
Reduce heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally until balsamic is reduced by at least half.
Remove from heat and set aside.
