
Season the cubed chicken liberally with coarse salt and fresh cracked black pepper.
Bring a large pot up to medium heat. Add 1 tbsp. of Olíva! Persian Lime Olive Oil & 1 tbsp. Olíva! Baklout Green Chili Olive Oil to the pot.
Sauté the cubed chicken until browned on all sides.
Remove chicken from the pot and set aside for later.
Add the remaining Olíva! Persian Lime & Baklouti Olive Oil to the pot.
Sauté the onions until translucent.
Add the chilis and spices, stir until they're fully mixed together with the onions.
Pour in the chicken broth and place pot on simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Return the browned chicken to the pot and add the cannelloni beans.
Continue to simmer for 45 minutes until chili has thickened a bit.
Serve with sour cream and fresh cilantro if desired!

The white chicken chili sounds like it could be a great recipe but the amounts for the ingredients, i.e., chopped chili, chicken stock/broth, and the cannelloni beans are very odd. Are those number in ounces?
