18yr Traditional Dark Balsamic
Our best selling and finest grade of Aged Balsamic from Modena, Italy. Traditionally produced using the “Solera Method of Aging”, this balsamic is aged up to 18 years in chestnut, oak, mulberry, and ash barrels.
With only 4% acidity, our Four Leaf Quality Equivalent Balsamic is exceedingly rich, complex, and dense. This spectacular density comes naturally (without the use of thickeners or added sugars). The balsamic is cooked down in copper kettles then moved to barrels to start it’s lengthy aging process.
Drizzle over everything imaginable. Meats, cheeses, vegetables, flatbreads, fruits and more.
Mix with any olive oil in our collection for an outstanding vinaigrette, marinade, bread dipper, dressing, sauce or condiment. The possibilities are endless!
Pairs well with Tuscan Herb Olive Oil, Ultra Premium EVOO, or any of our olive oils.
