
Marinade
1 lb wild salmon fillets

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 400°F. Salt the fish lightly on all sides and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels.

Brush the salmon with the Orange Fused Olive Oil (bottom included). Sprinkle with an even coating of Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning. Bake for approx. 15-20 minutes depending on thickness and your desired cooking temperature.

When the salmon is ~5 minutes away from being done, drizzle the Honey Ginger White Balsamic & Toasted Sesame Oil over the top and return to the oven to finish cooking and allow the balsamic to slightly caramelize. Enjoy!
