We’re really focusing on the Autumnal flavors this month with our Herbes de Provence Olive Oil paired with our Vermont Maple Dark Balsamic… and this month’s recipe is the ultimate fall dish.

Our Herbes de Provence Olive Oil is a beautiful blend of lavender, rosemary, savory, thyme and bay leaf. This oil is the perfect choice for hearty soups, stews, roasts, and marinades. Great for roasting turkey and potatoes, creating an herbed mayo for chicken salad, and just simply bread dipping!

Paired with our decadent Vermont Maple Dark Balsamic, this duo is unstoppable. Made with real Vermont Maple Syrup, this balsamic can be drizzled over salads, cheeses, meats, roasted vegetables, greek yogurt, granola, anything really!

  • Maple Herb Vinaigrette: Blend the Herbes de Provence Olive Oil & Maple Balsamic (2 parts oil – 1 part balsamic) with a touch of dijon mustard, salt, pepper and drizzle over a kale salad topped with apples, pears, gorgonzola and dried cranberries.
  • Use as a lovely blend as marinade for steak, chicken and pork.

When we first opened our doors in 2013, we wanted to create an option that would encourage our customers to try new flavors. So we came up with the idea for our “Pairing of the Month” which would change monthly, and be available for purchase at a discounted rate of 10%.

Ever since then, our customers have loved experimenting with new flavor combinations… some finding their new favorite pairings along the way!

Each month, our team hand-selects one exceptional olive oil and one perfectly paired balsamic vinegar, thoughtfully chosen to inspire new flavors, seasonal recipes, and delicious moments in your kitchen.

We hope each month’s pairing introduces you to a new favorite and inspires you to experiment, taste boldly, and enjoy every meal.
