Happy official Fall Season! Did someone say Pumpkin Spice?

This month we’re showcasing one of our favorite citrus oils: the Blood Orange Olive Oil.

A truly versatile oil to use for marinating and cooking chicken, pork, beef and duck. Delightful as a salad dressing or drizzled over chocolate or coffee ice cream.

We’ve paired it with our Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic for the ultimate harvest duo!

If you’ve never tried our Blackberry Ginger Dark Balsamic, now is the time. It’s exceedingly complex with layers of flavor. Starting with jammy blackberries infused into luxurious aged balsamico from Modena, with just the right amount of acidity. Followed by lovely spiced ginger that leaves a pleasant lingering warmth behind.

  • Harvest Vinaigrette: Blend the Blood Orange Olive Oil & Blackberry Balsamic (2 parts oil – 1 part balsamic) and drizzle over a salad of greens, blackberries, orange segments, red onion, goat cheese and pepitas.
  • Blend this combo with desired herbs and spices and use as a marinade for chicken, pork, beef or duck.
  • Our Blood Orange Oil is great alternative for brownies, cookies, cakes or any baking dish.
  • Reduce the Blackberry Ginger Balsamic for a decadent glaze for meats, salads, charcuterie & desserts.

When we first opened our doors in 2013, we wanted to create an option that would encourage our customers to try new flavors. So we came up with the idea for our “Pairing of the Month” which would change monthly, and be available for purchase at a discounted rate of 10%.

Ever since then, our customers have loved experimenting with new flavor combinations… some finding their new favorite pairings along the way!

Each month, our team hand-selects one exceptional olive oil and one perfectly paired balsamic vinegar, thoughtfully chosen to inspire new flavors, seasonal recipes, and delicious moments in your kitchen.

We hope each month’s pairing introduces you to a new favorite and inspires you to experiment, taste boldly, and enjoy every meal.
