April Pairing of the Month:

Our beloved Herbes de Provence Olive Oil radiates with aromatic lavender, rosemary, savory, thyme and bay leaf.

This oil shines as a bread dipper, marinade, drizzling/finishing oil, and dressing!

Mix into mayo to create an herbed mayonnaise for sandwiches or salads (ig. Toss with chicken salad with fresh herbs & celery. Spoon over fresh greens and top with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and serve with crusty baguette).

Meats: turkey, chicken, pork and steak. Veggies: carrots, cauliflower, asparagus, beets.

We paired the Herbes de Provence Olive Oil with our best selling Cranberry Pear Balsamic. Tart Cape Cod cranberries and sweet, juicy pairs are a match made in heaven, trust us.

This delicious balsamic shines in salad dressings. Blend with the Herbes de Provence Olive Oil to create a balanced vinaigrette. The herbs in the olive oil really bring down the sweetness of the fruit in the balsamic, creating a harmonious dressing for all salads imaginable.

When we first opened our doors in 2013, we wanted to create an option that would encourage our customers to try new flavors. So we came up with the idea for our “Pairing of the Month” which would change monthly, and be available for purchase at a discounted rate.

Ever since then, our customers have loved experimenting with new flavor combinations… some finding their new favorite pairings along the way!
