Oregano Olive Oil

Winner of the Bronze Medal in the Los Angeles EVOO Competition.

Made by 100% mechanical cold extraction methods: crushing whole fresh oregano with early harvest, freshly picked Greek olives.

Fresh, bright and herbaceous. This is by far one of the most difficult flavors to translate into an oil because the essential oil of oregano rarely tastes like the fresh herb, whereas this cold pressed agrumato oregano is spot on.

Use in marinades, salads, or simply for bread dipping. Brush onto summer or winter vegetables, great with poultry.

Pairs well with Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic & Neapolitan Herb Dark Balsamic.
