Made by 100% mechanical cold extraction methods: crushing whole fresh oregano with early harvest, freshly picked Greek olives.
Fresh, bright and herbaceous. This is by far one of the most difficult flavors to translate into an oil because the essential oil of oregano rarely tastes like the fresh herb, whereas this cold pressed agrumato oregano is spot on!
Use this culinary oil in marinades, salad dressings, or simply for bread dipping. Brush onto poultry or meat. Blend with a balsamic of your choice and drizzle over roasted vegetables.
